The brief was relatively simple with an already established brand image and identity. Our task was to maximize the potential of the limited area available and minimize big design interventions while keeping to a tight budget.

From the very beginning we made it clear of our intention to not design over the existing features of the building but to add to them instead. The openings and the windows are still in good condition and therefore would be kept as they are.

The space extends outward for an outdoor seating area which, since it’s a privately owned land in a Borey, they were allowed to build on. The exit in the back leads to the rest rooms and future office spaces.
